Watermelon Waterfall
2 cups *frozen watermelon
5 Tbls. plain yogurt (if you're dairy-free use soy yogurt)
1. In a blender, chop the watermelon into tiny pieces.
2. Add the yogurt and agave and puree until the mixture is smooth and well blended. You might need to scrape the sides of the blender with a spatula to get everything incorporated.
3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
*When you freeze watermelon, chop it into bite sized pieces first and place it in small freezer bags in 1 cup portions. It should freeze in 4 hours.
