Tropical Smoothie
1 cup plain, organic yogurt (if you're dairy-free use organic soy yogurt)
2 cups organic vanilla soy milk or organic dairy milk*
1. Slice, seed and peel both the papaya and cantaloupe, then cut into bite sized pieces. Place the fruit in separate zippered bags and freeze for up to 4 hours.
2. In a blender, chop the fruit thoroughly.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serve fresh. If you have left-overs just store in an air-tight pitcher or jar for the next day.
Stir or re-blend the left-overs until smooth, because the liquid will have separated.
*If you would prefer to have the consistency of an icee, just add half the milk.
