Snack Mix
Ingredients:
¾ cup unsalted soy nuts
½ cup unsalted sunflower seeds
½ cup raisins
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup dried apple pieces
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a container with a lid or
in a re-sealable plastic bag.
Enjoy! Makes almost 3 cups.
Here are some ideas to spice up your snack mix. In place of soy nuts try adding unsalted almonds, cashews, Brazil nuts, or peanuts. Instead of sunflower seeds you could substitute unsalted pumpkin seeds. Or go wild with banana chips, dried apricots cut into pieces, dried cherries, or unsweetened coconut.
