Summer Fruit Salad

 
 
 

1 lb. fresh strawberries
2 bananas
2 kiwi
3 oranges

 

 

 

 


 

1. Cut the tops off your strawberries and slices lengthwise

 
2. Peel the bananas and slice into thin pieces
 
3. Peel the kiwi and cut lengthwise in half then into bite size pieces
 
4. Peel the oranges and cut up in small chunks

 

 


Toss all the fruit together in a medium sized bowl. Eat right away or store in the refrigerator. The flavors of the fruit with blend together the longer it sits.
 
Store for up to 24 hours.


This is also very good mixed into yogurt. We prefer plain yogurt with a light drizzle of agave nectar!



If you don’t have all the fruit we used try coming up with your own combination! Maybe pineapple with strawberries and bananas or nectarines with apples and bananas…. Let us know all the fun things you come up with!
