                            Salmon Salad Spread




Served on your favorite sandwich bread or on a plate of salad greens, this recipe is fast and yummy!



Makes approximately 4 servings (to make more, use 2 Tbls. Mayo for every can of salmon)


 

You’ll need:


2 small cans Wild Alaskan Salmon (About 6 – 7oz each. If not using boneless salmon, carefully remove bones and skin.)

4 Tbls. non-dairy mayonnaise

1 stalk celery, chopped (optional)

1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)

1 - 2 Tbls. Dried or fresh dill weed OR parsley (if using fresh, chop finely)

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients in order given.
