Ingredients:
 

Spinach wraps, 1 per serving

Broiled or grilled salmon, about ¼ of a fillet for each

Ranch or dill dressing, a drizzle for each

Salad greens, a handful for each

Cucumber, several thin slices

Fresh green onion






1. Lay spinach wrap flat.

2. Drizzle the dressing down the middle of the wrap.

3. Break up salmon over the dressing.

4. Place cucumber (I prefer the seedless or English cucumbers) slices over the salmon, as many as you like.

5. Rip salad greens into bite sized pieces over the cucumber.

6. Top with fresh green onions.

7. Roll the wrap into a tight tube then cut in half, on an angle.





This is excellent for lunch or a light dinner!
