Hot Chocolate
A sugar-free alternative to a wintry favorite!
For 2 servings you’ll need:
2 Cups milk OR milk substitute
2 heaping Tbls. Unsweetened Cocoa powder (we prefer caffeine-free)
2 or more Tbls. Agave nectar, depending upon desired sweetness
Instructions:
In medium saucepan, over medium heat, whisk together all ingredients. Continue stirring often until mixture is very hot and steaming, but NOT boiling.
Pour into mugs and serve.
