Dairy-Free Hot Chocolate

Such a rich chocolaty flavor, you won’t miss the dairy!
For 2 servings you’ll need:
2 Cups plain or vanilla rice milk, plain or vanilla soy milk, or milk substitute of your choice
2 heaping Tbls. unsweetened cocoa powder (we prefer caffeine-free)
2 or more Tbls. natural cane sugar OR Agave nectar, depending upon desired sweetness
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, whisk together all ingredients. Continue stirring often until mixture is very hot and steaming, but NOT boiling.
Pour into mugs.
