Cinnamon Popcorn
A great snack any time of year!
Ingredients:
5-6 Cups organic, popped popcorn
3 Tbls. butter OR non-hydrogenated margarine
3 Tbls. agave nectar
½ tsp. cinnamon
Sea salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. In small saucepan, combine butter OR margarine, agave, and cinnamon.
3. Heat on low and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
4. Pour over popped popcorn. Stir until well combined.
5. Place popcorn mixture on a foil or parchment lined baking sheet.
6. Bake for 5-7 minutes. Watch it closely to avoid overbrowning.
7. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste. Remove from baking sheet and place in serving bowl.
