Too many apples and not enough time????

 

If you can’t eat all of your apples fresh or you have somehow had too much apple pie (if that’s possible) you can easily store your apples for a later date!

 

1. Core, peel and cut your apples into bite sized pieces.

 

2. Sprinkle sugar (2 Tbls. for 5 apples) over the apple slices and toss to coat. (Sugar is optional)

 

 

3. Place apples in a freezer safe container with lid or zip bag.

 

4. Freeze for up to 6 months.
